A letter issued From School Education & Literacy Department to Directors School Education Primary , ES & HS All and District Education Officers Primary, ES&HS All Regarding Barcoding of Final Seniority Lists and Uploading / Posting on officials website of School Education Education And Literacy Department.
The Final Seniority lists, of Officials / non-gazzeted teaching staff BS-01 to BS-16 Immediately barcoded from the IT department of School Education Department wherein those seniority lists shall be uploaded / placed on the officials website of the department for perusal of all.
Following Instruction may be followed to submit the seniority lists to School Education & Literacy Department by 10th November 2023.
The final seniority lists duly signed/stamped (with full name of officer) on each page by the authority concerned (DEO/Director) shall be submitted to IT Department of School Education Department.
If the final seniority is still under review, then the last final seniority list issued shall be submitted for barcoding to IT Department of School Education Department, which shall be subsequently updated with current seniority list in no more than 03 Months w.e.f 10th November, 2023.
The Final Seniority lists of all officials i.e Junior Clerks, senior clerks, assistants, Naib Qasids/ Chowkidars, Accounts clerks, Lab. attendants etc. shall be submitted to the IT Department of School Education Department for barcoding and uploading/posting of the same on the official website of School Education Department by 10th November, 2023.
The Final Seniority lists of all non-gazetted teachers i.e PSTs, ECTS, JESTS, JSTS, HSTS, DTs (all grades eligible for promotion), PTIS, OTS, ATs etc. shall be submitted to the IT Department of SELD for barcoding and uploading/posting of the same on the official website of SELD by 10th November, 2023.
