It's important to address an increasing number of requests for long leaves from newly appointed PSTs and JESTs. To manage this, consider implementing clear leave policies and guidelines to ensure fairness and operational continuity. It might also be beneficial to communicate the importance of responsible leave utilization while supporting employees' work-life balance. Additionally, you can explore ways to balance workload during peak leave periods and encourage early leave request submissions for better planning.
A student-teacher ratio of 30:1 means that for every 30 students, there is one teacher. This ratio is often used to measure the average class size and teacher workload in schools.
"In our educational institution, we maintain a student-teacher ratio of 30 students to 1 teacher. This ratio reflects our commitment to providing personalized attention and a conducive learning environment for our students, ensuring that they have ample opportunities for interaction with their educators."
