 A compliance report submitted in Sindh High Court Hyderabad from Controller of Examination Sindh Publice Service Commission regarding declear result of Munciple Officer BS-17 in local Government Department Sindh.

That in Compliance of the Orders dated 06.09.2023 & 13.09.2023 of the Honorable Court, the Compliance has been made and result of Municipal Officer (85-17) has been declared vide press release Bearing No. PSC/EXAM (5.5)2023/500 dated: 19.10.2023.

It is germane to submit here that, no candidate having less marks than 72 in written test is shortlisted and called for interview for the post of Municipal Officer (BPS-17) on Rural Quota including the petitioner.

The applicant namely Ikhtiar Ali Mahar obtained 68.5 marks against sad quota, hence being low in merit was not called for interview for the subject post

It is further submitted that the duly compiled entire result of both written and interview will be produced before the Honorable Court on the date of hearing.
