Circular issued by School Education & Literacy Department Regarding implement the below-mentioned recommendation / instructions with regard to Early child education (ECE) classrooms and teacher in thier respective schools.
School administration may ensure well-equipped ECE classrooms with all essential facilities.
The proposed ECE Time table and Syllabus must be followed. 1-School administration may ensure that the ECE class Timing must not exceed 3-hours per day. (the rest of the 2-hours per day, teacher may be allowed to make necessary preparation for the next day's class.
Early Child Education (ECE) needs at least two teachers in one class (Teacher and one assistant) therefore, school administration may ensure posting of an assistant teacher. 2- School administration may ensure posting of one Maid(female) for ECE classrooms in each school.
3- The ECE Classroom strength/ enrolment should not exceed 25 to 30 children in a class therefore it should be lemmatized up to the 30 children maximum.
School administration must adopt and follow the ECE child's age limit (3-5 years) for admissions.
4-ECE teachers may be provided enough time (daily) for preparation of teaching session, such as; lesson planning/ arrangement/availability of material etc.
5-School administration may allow ECE teachers to teach the class as per the proposed time table and syllabus.
5-CE teachers are appointed for ECE and are responsible to teach ECE classes therefore, school administration should not bound ECE teachers to teach specific subject's in higher classes.
